Just last night, granny commented that I don't love Ashton. Not that I don't love him. My attention for him has been compromised by Ashlynn, who is super sticky to me when I'm at home and not forgetting that I am still expressing milk.
Nonetheless, point noted. I will shower him with more love and attention. Planning to slow down on my pumping as he is coming to six months soon. Though I will ove to breastfeed for as long as I can, we are going for a trip coming december and there is no way I will lug the heavy pump on the go. I will start formula milk in a few weeks time to familiarise him with the taste. Reason is because fresh EBM can only last 48 hours and I don't like the idea of giving an entire feed of frozen ebm as I seriously think it stinks!
Lately, the kiddos were sick. Ashton is still coughing away. We brought him to the PD, praying hard that it will not be like the previous time. Luckily he was given the green light to recuperate at home. Asked PD if I can start him on solids soon but PD said to hold off till 6 months since Ashton is still on total breastmilk.
He weighs 8.24 kg at 5 months :) Ashlynn weighs 13 kg at 32 months and she looks real skinny.
